Lisa Fortini-Campbell is an Adjunct Professor of Management in the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where she specializes in courses on customer psychology and integrating the customer experience. Outside the classroom, Lisa operates The Fortini-Campbell Company, which conducts research for, consults with and trains organizations in a variety of industries all around the world including McDonald’s, Kraft Foods, Ford Motor Company, Microsoft, BP and Ann Taylor. She is also the author of Hitting the Sweet Spot, a book that focuses on how to develop marketing and communications strategies based on consumer insight and a contributor to Kellogg on Integrated Marketing and Kellogg on Marketing with chapters on how companies can live their brand promises every day.
