Director of Finance (2-4 hours per week)

  • Manage financial reporting to YCP Chicago Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and YCP National
  • Promote donor relationships in the community
  • Track all expenses, donations, and donor information
  • File annual taxes (IRS Form 990-N)
  • Reconcile internal financial statement to bank accounts and other electronic deposits
  • Work closely with leadership team and attend all Director meetings


Director of Technology (~5 hours per week)

  • Provides technical support at Chapter Events and for Leadership Team, and manages Chapter data and reporting
  • Qualifications: Highly reliable, organized, detail-oriented, familiarity with running different reports using available data. Must be able to commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week.


Membership Coordinator (1-3 hours per week)

  • Assist membership team with member communications
  • Help to coordinate and staff all Member events and the Membership table at ESS and Happy Hour events
  • Recruit volunteers for Member events and outreach
  • Work with Membership team to optimize Mentor and Spiritual Direction programs
  • Attend regular Membership meetings and quarterly leadership meetings


Outreach Coordinator(1-2 hours per week)

  • Assists the Director of Outreach and Assistant Director of Outreach with recruitment and retention of parish ambassadors
  • Aids the Assistant Director of Outreach with monthly pre-event community/parish young adult event cross promotion
  • Leads the Outreach team with in-kind donation solicitation


Operations Coordinator (1-2 hours per week)

  • Assist operations team with booking venues for all events
  • Work at the "Get Involved" table at our events - network with new attendees / members
  • Share information about volunteering with YCP Chicago
  • Assist Director and Assistant Director of Operations with tasks as needed
  • Attend regular Operations meetings and quarterly leadership meetings 


Food and Beverage Coordinator (1-3 hours per week)

  • Leads the end-to-end coodination, procurement, and management of food and beverages (and other related supplies) for chapter events
  • Supports the Director of Operations with other miscellaneous operational activities to successfully plan, manage, and execute chapter events
  • Must have access to a vehicle and be able to arrive one hour prior to event 


Liturgy Coordinator (1-2 hours per week)

  • Responsible for leading the coordination and execution of sacred liturgy before chapter events, including liturgy programming and coordination with volunteers, chaplains, and venue (church) points of contact
  • Support the Special Event Coordintor with program planning to deliver the St. Joseph the Worker Retreat 


Graphic Designer(1-2 hours per week)

  • Works closely with Director of Marketing to create graphics for Executive Speaker Series events, Networking Happy Hours, other YCP Chicago events, as well as graphics for the chapter’s social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Will also assist with any special projects needing graphics (donor fact sheets, event handouts, etc.)
  • Qualifications: Familiarity with InDesign and/or Canva, ability to maintain consistent brand image and standards when designing new graphics, ability to remain detail-oriented while managing several design projects at once. Must be able to commit to a minimum of 1-2 hours a week.



  • Attend monthly events and capture highly quality, engaging photos to share on YCP Chicago's social media channels. Must be able to commit 1-2 hours per week outside of monthly events to edit photos and collaborate with the marketing team.
